To save other people the trouble I am having getting my money back I did a full background check on Matt Newman. (SEE images below) CRIMINAL RECORDS are a matter of public record and can be shared. Had I known he was involved in a hit and run and violated probation he never would have set foot on our property. I was hit by a repeat offender DUI while I was walking and it was a hit and run. There are more arrests in his background. And there have been three lawsuits against him too. I have a good lawsuit too, but I have had too much stress in my life recently and would have to stand in line behind others who have gotten judgments against him. SO this is what I am doing. Our yard has a sign in it directing people to this site. Our vehicle has a banner on the back directing people to this site. WHO would want anyone seeing their criminal records?

In 2024 the state of TN DISSOLVED Firm Foundations Concrete’s LLC YET Matt Newman is still using it. WHY IS HIS WIFE, JAMIE, ALLOWING THIS? They dissolve it when you do not pay your filing fee. That was confirmed to me this date of FEB 18, 2026 by the state of TN. He is using it in his domain name and on his web pages. It is still a business operation without paying for the LLC. THAT SAID we now know what we are dealing with >>>>>>>

Also a photo of what the mess looked like in the back and the estimated cost of a $24K concrete job materials and Jamie, who was there when we wrote you that check for half of a job you messed up and walked away from. Exactly how were you going to go ahead and pour concrete? AND if half of the money is for materials, where are the receipts and where are the materials because they sure were never at your property. The nonsense he speaks about in his text below is a video I sent him showing how the stress he was putting me thru was breaking my face out. It has done that off and on since he took that money from us.

MATT Newman is a tall stuck up guy who conned me and my husband out of $12K. I had been remodeling this house for nearly a year when I went looking for a concrete guy. My first clue he had ZERO idea what he was doing and was simply going to take half the money in a deposit from us was when he went online looking for images of what I was wanting done. SMOOTH talking with his wife wearing a t shirt full of scripture verses and DOG with him >>>>> I fell for his scheme and now we are out $12K. It is illegal to leave your dog in a vehicle in the state of TN and Matt Newman does exactly that. That should have been my second clue he was NOT legitimate. That is animal abuse.

This is your LEGACY. Your children will see this and everything I share here is the TRUTH.

Matt Newman Of Firm Foundations Concrete in Rogersville, TN took $12,000.00 after walking off of a job he barely started making a total mess of our property and damaging it. (I have texts and recorded phone calls and a non signed certified letter to back all of what I am saying here up). We ended up having to pay $8,000.00 more to get his mess torn out and new stamped concrete finished. He got our money in May and in LATE September when he finally showed up, he had to go scrape gravel off of a road PHOTO PROOF BELOW plus the guy who delivered the REAL load of gravel said so. THIS MONEY CAME FROM A HOME EQUITY LOAN TOO SO HE COST US INTEREST. When he heard that was where it came from his response was “well if I had known that I would have gotten here sooner”.

Not ONE SINGLE person who knows he did this to us says he can keep that money WITHOUT DOING THE HARD WORK THOSE WHO FINALLY DID IT ACTUALLY DID. A lot of people work a half year or more for that kind of money. For us e certainly put the CON in concrete.

Below is a video of the load of gravel that was delivered when my professional concrete guy came in to FIX the mess that Matt Newman left. Matt texted me one mornin he was on the way to the QURRY to get gravel. He showed up around 3 pm with dirt and a little gravel, not nearly a load. Even the guy who delivered this gravel said he had shoveled it off of a road or a driveway. What Matt brought is in front of the REAL gravel being dumped.
